the room was nicely decorated, very clean, and the bed felt very comfy. there was tea and coffee in the room, as well as a selection of biscuits.. a welcome sight after a long journey! the staff were all friendly and helpful too.
The noise was a slight issue. i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms on the first night. It was off-putting.

The reception staff seemed helpful. the gym included a wide variety of equipment. I saw several treadmills and weights! i appreciated that my room, a double room, had a lovely view. the room also had tea and coffee making facilities!
I noticed the bathroom lacked a few amenities, like a toothbrush! the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. There was not much choice beyond toast. the corridor fire door next to my room was very noisy. I could hear it banging shut at night!

The staff was friendly and cute upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and included tea and coffee facilities. I appreciated the short walk to the Opera House since I had a show to attend, the location was ideal. The pool facilities looked very good.
The overnight parking cost seemed a bit high.

The room had a large double bed, a desk, a TV, and a bathroom with a toilet. All were clean. The television was very large and easy to view from the bed. An iron and ironing board were present in the room.
