the room was nicely decorated, very clean, and the bed felt very comfy. there was tea and coffee in the room, as well as a selection of biscuits.. a welcome sight after a long journey! the staff were all friendly and helpful too.

The noise was a slight issue. i could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms on the first night. It was off-putting.

helpful staff wide variety tea facilities missing amenities limited options noisy door

The reception staff seemed helpful. the gym included a wide variety of equipment. I saw several treadmills and weights! i appreciated that my room, a double room, had a lovely view. the room also had tea and coffee making facilities!

I noticed the bathroom lacked a few amenities, like a toothbrush! the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. There was not much choice beyond toast. the corridor fire door next to my room was very noisy. I could hear it banging shut at night!

the bathroom fan ran constantly and was quite noisy. i have stayed in many hotels and have never encountered a fan that never stopped. also, there were no sockets near the bed. applying twice.

bathroom door placement weak wifi signal

The bathroom door opened directly onto the bed (WHAT a design choice). A sensor light activated every time I opened the door, not ideal in the middle of the night. The WiFi signal was weak on the third floor.

The staff was friendly and cute upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and included tea and coffee facilities. I appreciated the short walk to the Opera House since I had a show to attend, the location was ideal. The pool facilities looked very good.

The overnight parking cost seemed a bit high.

The room had a large double bed, a desk, a TV, and a bathroom with a toilet. All were clean. The television was very large and easy to view from the bed. An iron and ironing board were present in the room.
